Do you have store stockists?

Due to the limited numbers of handbags made, Leather & Metal wishes to keep its limited edition exclusivity by retailing online only.

To maintain our low cost and exceptional quality, we therefore have cut out the ‘middle man’ at this point in time.

Do you accept returns?

We’re not happy unless you’re happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in it’s original condition*, along with the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return and your contact details, to:

*Please note that any returned items that have been damaged or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

You must indicate your intention to return you item within 7 days of delivery, by emailing us at info@leatherandmetal.com.au indicating. We must receive the products within 14 days of delivery.

Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred.

How long does shipping take?

Australia:

Leather & Metal uses regular post delivery, which takes 2-6 business days. The flat rate is $14.

International:

Leather & Metal uses Australia Post’s Airmail service which takes 3 to 10 working days between metropolitan areas of major cities. The flat rate is $35.00.

Please note that Leather & Metal is not held responsible for delivery times, all times are indications as given by Australia Post.
